It's been a long time coming, but I am finally at the end of my academic rope. Come June 29th, I'll be footloose and fancy free to just...be.
I studied politics, a degree that I look upon both as a cop-out and an invaluable learning experience. Ask 18 year old me where I saw myself in 4 years and 'Scotland', 'with a masters degree' and 'wanderlust vagabond' wouldn't have even crossed my mind...I'm so glad it is now my reality. I've travelled to bitchin' locales, tried exotic eats and slept more in a sleeping bag than a duvet.
Next step: trying my hand as an organic farmer in Hawaii. I'll sign my name on the dotted line of the unknown, why not?

A smattering of things that make me tick: kayaking, jagged peaks, the word 'gumption', foreign stamps in my passport, hammocks, plaid, NPR and living in gorgeous locations.
Kid, let's move mountains!
