so here's the jist: i've spent the last several years studying the intricacies of "rock washing" archaeology - and i love it. along the winding road through university i've perfected the art of packing my life into a backpack, discovered vegetables, became addicted to tea, learned to throw pots, and, most importantly, was happy.
as well as continuing the above (i mean, i still don't know what a celeriac looks like - let alone how to cook it), the next stage of the journey will hopefully involve some combination of archaeology+japan+peru+alaska+california+the boyfriend,
a massive improvement in my culinary skills, a few marathons, a sense of style,
and who knows what else.
that's the part i'm looking forward to most!
